These terms apply to the ASTER APPS informational website and the use of ASTER APPS desktop software, including CLIP SCOUT and the VIDEO publishing module.

1. About ASTER APPS

ASTER APPS is an independent desktop application that helps operators discover and review streaming clips, prepare videos, and manage publishing workflows with supported online platforms. Availability of particular features varies by installation, configuration, connected accounts and third-party API permissions.

2. Operator responsibilities

The operator must use the software lawfully, keep login credentials confidential, comply with relevant platform rules, and review content and descriptions before publication. Automatic scheduling is optional and should be enabled only when the operator has the required rights and permissions for all scheduled content.

3. Content rights and creator attribution

Finding a public clip does not transfer copyright or grant permission to redistribute it. Operators are responsible for obtaining any required consent or licenses for videos, gameplay, speech, music, images and other protected material. Crediting the broadcaster, adding hashtags, or agreeing to delete a video upon request does not replace a required license or consent.

4. Social platform integrations

Connection to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, VK and other providers is subject to the provider's own terms, permission scopes, moderation, rate limits and API review. ASTER APPS cannot guarantee that a provider will accept, process, make public or retain a submitted upload. A successfully submitted upload may still remain private or be removed by the destination platform.

5. Files and account access

The application stores local settings, prepared video files and connection credentials as described in the Privacy Policy. The operator is responsible for safeguarding the local device and backups, keeping installation and integrations up to date, and revoking access when it is no longer required.

6. No affiliation

ASTER APPS is an independent project and is not sponsored, endorsed or operated by Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Meta, Instagram or VK. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Availability and limitations

Software and website features are provided on an as-available basis. Third-party API availability can change without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no uninterrupted service or particular publication result is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Reporting issues or content

To raise a security, privacy or content complaint, including removal requests concerning content managed by the operator, contact asterfoxygame@gmail.com. Please identify the video URL, rights or concern, and how you can be contacted. We aim to review reasonable, verifiable notices; content hosted on a third-party platform may also need to be reported there.
